JSK Users

The JSK user is a ministry/department or administrative authority and a region/county that has applied for the use of the JSK and has a usage agreement with the Authority. 

The basis for performing product codification is the application of the codification clause in the contract. This clause obliges the supplier to make the technical documentation of the product available to the user and at the same time imposes on the supplier the obligation to apply this clause to its subcontractors to ensure the acquisition of technical data for the products purchased by it. The requirements of the codification clause are determined in the MoD Decree No. 5/2001 Coll. Its wording is determined by the user.
